For Middletown and North Campus Day Sessions, registration will begin when doors open at 9am. Coffee, tea, and water will be served at this time. The first session will begin at 10am with worship. The day session will end at 4pm with a break for lunch between 12pm and 2pm. For the evening session at College Street Music Hall, registration will begin at 5:30pm. The evening session will start promptly at 6:30pm. Havilah Cunnington will speak live at the Middletown campus during the day and will be live-streamed to North Campus. She will also be the live keynote speaker at the evening session.
Please arrive early at your venue to register. Bring a photo ID to our registration table outside the building to receive your Illume 2019 bracelet, which will act as your ticket into the conference for all sessions. Those who attend the day session do not need to re-register for the evening session.
*To be added to the Middletown day session waiting list, please email Kirsten Hedrick at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Middletown: there is plenty of free parking at our Middletown campus parking lot.
North Campus: parking is free but limited. We strongly advise attendees at North Campus to carpool.
College Street Music Hall: parking is available for a fee at Crown Street Garage, Temple Street Garage, and metered street parking. We strongly recommend carpooling to the evening session, as the Shubert Theater will also have an event on November 9th and parking spots may be limited in the Crown Street Garage.
