This Impact Group has the opportunity to build relationships, share snacks, and play games alongside residents of Hands on Hartford residential program. Hands On Hartford is a social service nonprofit organization that serves Hartford’s most economically challenged residents in the areas of food, housing, and health. We meet on the third Wednesday of every month from 5:30 pm to 7 pm. For years, members of our church and residents of HOH have been blessed by the growing relationships that have formed over board games and food. Join us to continue deepening these rewarding relationships!
