Thousands of years ago a great statue was built on the coast of the city of Rhodes. This Colossus has been called one of the seven wonders of the world. Then one day it disappeared, falling into the sea, and historians have sought its whereabouts ever since.
When God created humanity he put a great colossus within every heart. There is someone brave; someone fearless; someone compassionate—living on the inside. But far too often it seems that this inner colossus has disappeared, existing only under the waters of our chaotic lives. It’s time to rediscover its whereabouts. It’s time to become the greater version of yourself and find an inner identity that cannot be shaken.
