Vox Church is committed to a community of health and accountability. This begins with our Board of Directors. The primary role of the Board is to guard the vision of Vox. They gather quarterly and perform annual assessments of the Vox leadership, with a particular focus on the Lead Pastor. Assessments include the review and approval of all Lead Pastor spending and travel, an annual staff and family interview, and a multi-day on-site meeting each year. Among other responsibilities, the Board sets compensation for the Lead Pastor and his wife, sets pay ranges for the Executive Team, and votes on any large purchases made by the church.

The Vox Central Elder Team, along with the Central Women’s Leadership Council (WLC) serves as the Central Leadership Team at Vox, setting the vision and direction for the church. To learn more about the Vox Board of Directors and Central Leadership Team, attend the next Essentials Class where the roles and responsibilities of these teams are reviewed.
