This training will equip our Hospitality Team with the knowledge and confidence needed to effectively set up, tear down, and troubleshoot any issues related to Sunday services. In addition to covering the practical components, we will focus on organization, clear expectations, communication flow, and best practices to ensure everything runs smoothly and consistently each week.

We will also discuss the heart of hospitality - how we welcome, serve, and create an environment where every person feels seen, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive. This training is designed to strengthen our teamwork, clarify roles and responsibilities, and establish systems that help us serve with excellence, unity, and intentionality every Sunday morning.
