1. Share some Christmas traditions your family does together and some practical ways your family focuses on the true meaning of Christmas through the holidays.
2. Remembering is an important aspect of our lives. Share with the group 1 or 2 valuable lessons you remember that God did in your life in this last year.
3. How can remembrance be used as a weapon in your life to release hope? Be specific.
4. What are some ways to remind yourself this next year that God is on control, not far off, and remembers you?
Take some time to reflect on your answers from question #2 and thank God together for His Sovereignty over your life. Also, pray together that God would remind His people regularly of His constant faithfulness and promise of restoration in the midst of times of difficulty.
