1. What is one concept or truth from this week’s message you hoped we would talk about at Community Group?
2. Justin talked about how an outpouring of the Holy Spirit produces an all-consuming desire for God over anything else in our lives. As you reflect on that truth, what in your life consumes you? How is that drawing you closer to God? How is that hindering your relationship with God?
3. When the apostles were baptized in the Holy Spirit, they received a new boldness like never before. Talk about a time when the Holy Spirit prompted you to boldly respond in a situation that you might have otherwise shied away from in your own strength.
4. Talk about specific times when you have experienced a ‘warming’ by the Holy Spirit, that is, a deep understanding of God’s love for you.
Break off into smaller groups or pairs and end your time together by praying for a fresh filling of the Holy Spirit that reveals more of God’s amazing love for you.
