Text: Psalm 19:1-6
- Talk about a place you visited or a moment where you were in awe of God because of His creation. Where were you? What did you see? What did you feel? Why did it create an awe of God in you?
- Read Psalm 19:1-6 in at least three different versions. Why do you believe God's creation is compared to a voice or words? Explain.
- We were made for more than just the “wow” (our awe of God through creation), we were also made to bow (our faith and obedience to God through Christ). In an honest self assessment, where is your wow and your bow? Are you struggling in both areas? Is one less than the other? Are they both strong?
- How does God's creation and His Word play a role in your life? What do you do to keep your wow and your bow strong?
- Thought: When we don’t feel provided for we lose awe, but maybe God is forming and shaping you in ways we may not understand. What do you think about that and why?
