HEAD: Read Galatians 6:7-10
• What can we learn about God in verse 7?
• What do we learn about people in verse 8?
• What do we learn about doing good and who does the text highlight in verses 9-10?

HEART:
- How was sin viewed in your family of origin?
- Justin mentioned sin functions in our lives like addiction. There is a pattern of SIN, discuss the similarities, how is it deceptive, and how can it become enslaving.
HANDS: Three ways you can progressively break the pattern of sin:
1. Replace your old identity with your new identity IN CHRIST.
2. Replace your feelings and opinions with God's promises.
3. Replace your natural impulse with simple acts of obedience.
Discuss what practical things you can do this week to apply this to your life.
HELP – Take time to pray for any needs.
